By making this purchase, you are pre-ordering a product that has not been created yet. You may cancel/refund your order before October 31st, 11:59pm CST without penalty or any additional charge. The shirts will be ordered Nov. 1st and no refunds or returns will be accepted past this point, except as stated below. The product will either be delivered in person when we meet up on Nov. 16th or shipped to you before or after this date. You can specify your delivery preference at the time of ordering.

The only exception to the “no refund” policy is for instances where you do not receive the product. All other returns/refunds after October 31st, 11:5pm CST will be denied.

Since this is being made for a community event, this t-shirt is sold at cost. This is to provide you with the best possible price but it also means that we do not make a profit.
